Visited Vaarta Goa Today and absolutely loved the experience! The ambience is beautiful, a rustic Goan-style house with warm, traditional interiors that create a really cozy vibe. What stood out even more was the food. Finding authentic North Indian food in Goa isn’t always easy, but Vaarta truly delivers with rich, comforting Delhi-style flavors.
A wonderful Indian street food restaurant bringing together amazing chaat from the nooks and corners of India. The chaat selection is vibrant, authentic, and packed with flavor. They also serve some rare dishes that you seldom find in other restaurants in Goa, like Dalcha Gosht, doi chingri, and Muradabadi Dal ,chelo kebab— all rich, comforting, and memorable.

Had a lovely meal at Vaarta. The restaurant is beautiful, and the staff made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit.
